All rates are inclusive of 10% GST

Tariff Includes weekly service only.  Apartments requiring more frequent service may attract a higher Rate.

A fee of $3.00 per day is also applicable for local telephone calls and the ability to connect to your own dial up internet service.  Wireless internet from a local Internet Service Provider at your own cost is available.

Add $35 per night per extra bed and bedding.

Cancellation Policy

A Deposit of $500 is required to secure your booking.  For a full refund, any Cancellation must be notified more than 21 days before Arrival Date.  Cancellations notified less than 21 days may forfeit the full deposit.

Full payment (not taking account of the Deposit) is required on or before Key Handover. At that point the $500.00 Deposit is converted into a Security Bond which is repayable in full a few days after Check-Out, subject to there being no damage to the Apartment.  Churchill Apartments reserves the right to retain the Security Bond and/or charge for loss of Days / Weeks lost if a long term booking (months) is cut short without agreed sufficient notice.

As an alternative to the above procedure, you may prefer (after having paid the initial deposit of $500) to pay on or before Check In the full sum for the Apartment (less the $500), but permit in addition a blank "swipe" of a Visa or MasterCard so that there is still security in case of damage to the Apartment.

Deposits and balances can be paid by Direct bank Deposit.  They can also be paid using the following Credit Cards.  If payment is made by Credit Card, an extra Transaction Fee of 2.3% needs to be added to cover the additional Bank Fees.
